   I just check out the last filing on Sedar where is had the following news:

   Released March 5, 2020

   Secova has engaged Groupe Alphard Inc to provide detailed engineering and preparation of the construction bid packages for the Montauban Project to be acquired from DNA Canada Inc. (“DNA”). In addition, Alphard will assist Secova in reviewing proposals from contractors and confirm the cost estimate of the project as well as the project schedule.

   Secova intends to commence the engineering work with Alphard before the end of March 2020.

   Completion of the Montauban acquisition is conditional upon, among other things, receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

   In other unrelated corporate business, the Company has completed its draft financial statements and is actively working with its auditors to finalize the documents that will satisfy the British Columbia Securities Commission’s continuous disclosure requirements. The Company hopes to complete this work in the very near future and once the required documents are finalized, Secova will seek to have the cease trade order lifted.

   To follow up on that, I phoned the Groupe Alphard in Montreal and asked to speak with the engineer responsible for doing the engineering for the Montauban Project, and I got through to the engineer doing the work. I said I was with Sekova, and wanted to know the progress on the Montauban Project, and the engineer said he is waiting for a go ahead to do the detailed work on the project from Brad Kitchen, the CEO of Secova. So it sounds like they haven’t done any of the construction bid work, so it does look like the bird has flown the coup. Looks like those shares will make good wallpaper.

     Thanks good info. Better u stay in touch w engineer for us all. Can u post sedar report? please. like to know how much cash do they have. Looking for news release for another private placement. NO not interested in buying into.

   I heard they’re fine but had some minor issues with the market regulators. I’ve still got their stock.
