Does anybody remember this? During Vietnam when that held the headlines. This was the H3N2 Pandemic. This article says that it was deadlier than COVID-19.
This is when that nice guy Lyndon Johnson was president. No wonder I never heard of this thing. Just like today, the press would not have looked for anything damaging while the shoe was on the other foot.

Amazing….we all just kept living our crazy lives and took our chances with this thing…as we take our chances with just about everything in daily living.
