Congratulations! Looks like a warm place.
weather here is great, not too hot, about 10 days/year in the 80s, and not too cold, few days in the 20s…
only problem is it gets windy at times…but moving to milwaukee catholic home in milwaukee, wi…
We’re just south of you here in Kingston. Good luck on your move to Milwaukee, but it’s hard to imagine leaving this lovely area for Midwest winters, lol.
i was born and raised in chicago, lived there for fist 40 years, will not be going to work, etc. any more, home is alot of work

Steins1, if you’re so inclined, please give me a call at 297-7667 (you know the area code). Jim
Hey Starr Congrats
I am astounded that Home Sales are brisk
Very brisk here in our area
I think country properties with social distancing from neighbours will go at a premium now.
Lots of people are expecting a bust in Real Estate but so far its not happening.
Interest rates are very low….so when is a better time to buy ?
I dunno…we shall see but surprises abound !
Look at the Stock market
this is really a good neighborhood, less than one half mile from a park and the ocean, boat launch…
our house is 2 bedrooms, others in neighborhood are 3 to 4 bedrooms…
the house next door built 2014, retired couple bought it, patrica and paul…sold it in a day 2 years later…
mark and cindy, retired couple, just sold it right away…
the couple who bought our house are retired…
the houses on my block and adjacent block have all been built in the last 10 years…
something to think about going forward, as baby boomers retire, they MUST WITHDRAW 10% from their retirement incomes from 401k accts…
requirements for buying a house are 20% down and at least a score of 700 or better on credit report!!!
real estate person told us that there are not that many homes for sale now…
as this virus goes on and on, who is going to be buying a home???
Remember.. shelter is a HUGE chunk of the CPI pie (cost of living)… so if that breaks down… deflation at the consumer level! yikes!
