Gold Stocks are expected to outperform Gold on a % basis in a true gold bull market
These Charts indicate that ALL TIME LOW in this ratio ( 2016) is about to be decemated.
Im getting faint… need to sit down a while…

I went through the exact same situation . I KNOW know you are feeling.
In 2008 this site was a Staunch Goldbug Site.
We had the most hard core goldbugs anywhere.
I was a ringleader ( a militant dyed in the wool manipulation believing bonehead)
I was certain we were on the verge of a huge Inflation…hyperinflation
We had a few ( very few) deflationists but 99% inflationists …gold to the moon
We were winning for 8 years and we were RIGHT
Rambus came along and posted his charts here and he was very bullish …up until early 2008
He started warning of a potential big top.
We turned on him and he left us.
Meanwhile things began to unravel….Copper was my last bastion of hope…It was behaving well
Then of course it all crashed and burned …the PM stocks lost 90% of their value Gold and Silver were also smashed.
It was crushing…all the work on the inflation side up in smoke
THAT time however we were saved by the FED…TARP and then QE….we had the Fabled V Bounce…all the way up to new highs !
Wooooohoooo…Inflation !
But alas..Rambus contacted me ( i was surprised after the rough treatment we gave him.
This time I listened as he sent me charts by email
I posted them at the tent but the Goldbuggers hated me for it.
I became public enemy #1 for daring to agree with Rambus that in 2011 a BIG top was brewing
Rambus told me in no uncertain terms that if that H and S Top in HUI broke down we were in for a LONG contraction in this sector…there would be NO V bounce to save us
Well I convinced him to start a pay site…and he became a prolific poster and the rest is history .
He saved a few open minded members who joined but 95% of the Bugs went down with the mothership again
Some went bankrupt ….all were decimated. The left this site en mass….all except for 1 guy…North
Thus this Website was converted to TA Paradise…so we won’t get fooled again !
And here we are…..
This sector is incredible in its ability to humble even the most alert and aware participants.
This is the Third time we have seen such swift and merciless carnage.
Lets regroup and see what we can find.
Plunger says the Gold stocks do BEST in a Deflation…..lets work to look for if and when that can happen.
