Revisiting Our GT Post from August – I was a little early but this is still on track to play out – DOW 21000 and then TAKE OFF!!

     The 200 year chart is from EWI. The 100 year parabolic chart is thanks to Parabolic Chuck and I think Sir Schism is seeing the same thing.

       Since most of us don’t track the DJ COMPOSITE, so the scale is not second nature, about where should this E wave land on SPX or Dow Industrials? Obviously, below SPX 2300. Is its target around 2100?

         correction, the 100 year chart was sir schism’s chart. We are close to my original target. I still think 1500 – 2000 SnP is the target range but I don’t when, if now or later in 2021. I could be wrong and maybe it happens in 2020. When we hit the 1500-2000 range it’ll be off to the races. We might have a dead cat bounce from June into the elections and maybe even hit new highs. Then crash in 2021 (Repo crisis). However if the virus + repo crisis (banking crisis) plays out this year then we’ll see 1500-2000 this year. I’m guessing the international banking crisis comes to fruition next year. Meanwhile the FED injecting liquidity is to keep the market/banking system going through the election, after that Trump will end the FED or do whatever he is planning. It appears Bikoo thinks the banking crisis will take us back to the 2009 lows in the SnP. It is possible to make a double bottom but I think we’ll stay in the sir schism parabolic chart and crash to no less than 1500 or so in 2021. As bad as it’ll be, it’ll be good, that’ll be the time for the system reset, that’ll be the time to back our USD with PMs, that’ll be the time to end the FED and so on. Let’s hope we make the right choices then. In the nearer term we may get a bounce and the a final low in mid-April or so and once a bottom is found then we’ll get a rally into the November 2020 elections. I think we will rally QUICKLY. The NIRP rates and tax cuts will eventually cause cash to violently flow back into the markets…as long as the duct tape holding the banking system together doesn’t rip off.

   My comment still holds in the old post. Yes it is possible that Dow at 40000 bafter it gets down to 6600.
