If I want to give US equities a fair shake… let’s put the goal post at their 2002 lows…
Now, my theory is whatever combination of macros have been driving the spx… they have in some effect.. directly or indirectly moved the price of precious metals.
Even silver is not far behind…
Is presently a gold ratio with ordinary stocks more relevant than gsr?
Yes… if you would want to know which might yield better returns… if gold is inclining vs stocks.. than you will get more bang for your buck. However.. as Bikoo has mentioned, the usage of gsr has different implications.. inluding the obvious.. whether to be more heavily balanced in gold or silver.
Side note.. is there a way to play the M2 money supply? Looks like solid gains.. with almost no drawdowns????
