Does anyone follow this indicator from NANEX?  NANEX is a firm created by Eric Scott Hunsader whose been a critic of what he call quote stuffing and high frequency trading. I am wondering about the significance of this indicator, if any. What is it supposed to predict when it’s at this level and how often does it swing from minimum to maximum?
