I have to say I haven’t been a believer in the Climate Change Theory BUT something serious is happening to the World’s Climates.
Northstar …..what do you make of this ?
It’s a sign of things to come I’m afraid.
To me it is a no-brainer. It is safer to assume that global warming is real (hard to dispute) and that human activities has helped accelerate that warming through carbon emissions. Taking action to reduce carbon emissions will end up helping (hopefully). If wrong, then you have still made the world less polluted and created jobs through the fast growing alternative energy sector. Not a bad trade-off. Of all the carbon fuels, coal is the worst and mountain topping in WV has destroyed a lot of that state.
Really? One hurricane and you buy into the biggest scam-con job in the history of the world? I suppose you thought the “drought that would never end” would turn California into a wasteland, too.
Its not just ONE hurricane Boomer…Its the most water ever accumulated in one area in recorded history
My own area experienced a 1000 year storm earlier this year…more water fell in 5 hours than ever before in recorded history.

I’m with you boomer. Think its a total scam but I remain open minded. Have seen just the opposite from my neck of the woods. We had a doozy of a hurricane come thru here in 1933 that would likely have destroyed our present home. I went thru Sandy and some other rough weather but local records show its been much worse here in recent history. And its fricken cold here…3 consecutive summers of COLDER temps…thats a sure way to think its total manipulated nonsense. We’ll see. I expect it to get colder in the next 10 years, not warmer.
