Sub 1,000
I know there is little love for Marty on this site, but both Armstrong and Edelson are calling for sub 1k gold again. One has to admit that Armstrong has been pretty good and unwavering in the face of huge criticism. This is how we get to those targets on many of the daily H&S… sub 1,000$ gold. Combine this with Avi’s potential target (albeit small percent chance) for a 7 GDX and it’s just too risky to be long. I’m out of my miners I bought a few days ago for a small chop.
As far as I know, Larry Edelson has not called for sub 1000 gold at this time. As a subscriber.
“The precious metals in general as well as mining shares are deeply oversold, and at a minimum, due for a large bounce. If that bounce gets back above $1,242 in gold — the prior October 7 low — then a cycle inversion can be avoided and gold should be off to the races again into December. But if the bounce is weak, then — we all have to face it — gold and other precious metals and miners may be headed even lower, with gold perhaps falling below $1,000 early next year.”
The bounce is looking pretty weak
I stand corrected. Didnt catch that part
Regardless, the mighty dollar is looking scary.
20 month ema on Gold is looking scary too.
Army MISSED the Whole Epic Move from Jan to August…There is a time to be Bullish and a Time to be bearish
Missing a move mike that doesn’t qualify one for bragging rights
Calling for Sub 1000 while gold is rising 30% and Miners rising 200% is not a good call
Right now its possibly a good call and most of us here see the potential.
I bet sentiment is bearish off the Charts here…which should mean Bullish if you are a contrarian
Edelson’s record has been spotty at best.
I’m quite bearish LT, but even I’m not calling for sub 1000 IN THE NEARER TERM … within next year or so.
I think that’s 2-3 years out still.
I recall Armstrong saying that 2018 is the next chance for a benchmark low.
PLEASE do not put me in the same post with Edelson and Armstong! lol
Hahahahahaha
Hahahahahaha
I really enjoy your work, Avi but they are pretty good company.
I have to say I am awaiting the turn and not jumping in too early, if it means I have to pay up then so be it.
