WOW…quiet an adventure GB
Amazing to me is this gallery was only a few days. Time is so long for me, just those two days seemed like a few weeks or more at the time and even longer now.
Today, I exchanged WhatsApp messages with Anastasia about the photos and our time together. So cool! Have I told you how fortunate I am?! 😉
Amazing that the hovercraft captain remembered your name after all that time! You made an impression the first time! (I learn names and can forget them inside five minutes if the conversation keeps my brain from registering them.)
I gather the hot springs WERE HOT! Over 105F and I have trouble even getting in.
Because I’m such a memorable oddity in Russia, I wasn’t so surprised the caption remembered me, but I was very impressed he remembered my name. It’s always a funny thing to be in a far-off place and think I hear my name being called, but dismiss it because “How could anyone here know MY name?!” Yet, I’ve been surprised a number of times, when it actually was my name being called that I heard.
