The USPS is doing this on purpose. And who did this? Should be grounds for emergency stay through the courts.
Mailed ballots with no chain of custody should be disqualified.
Mail in ballots, period, should be disqualified. For two hundred plus years paper ballots at a physical, local polling place on one specific date, worked just fine. If you want to make it more user friendly for citizens to vote, just keep the old system with one minor adjustment. Voting held over a weekend, maybe even a three day weekend where the Monday is a National holiday and that is it. No machines, no internet and no mail in, or early voting bullshit.
Back in late 2020, the USPS also changed the retention policy for images, then flipped it back in early 2021 after the election was complete.
Time to dissolve the USPS also.
All I get from them is junk mail.
