My guess is that TPTB figured they had memory holed the information by putting her in prison — releasing it in advance is brave!

I am guessing it was a fix and he was probably not allowed to introduce evidence like this, but does anyone know why Rudy Gulianai didn’t do so when he was sued and lost the slander/libel suit to Dominion? A number of forensic experts have proven these machines can and have been hacked and yet he loses and has to go bankrupt. I understand why they went after him but I don’t get why he can’t go back and use this type of eveidence to get a reversal?
