Up until this point, the world’s central banks and govt.s have purposely down played the importance of Silver. While many of them list critical and strategic materials that they hold in reserves, none of them included silver, despite it being one, if not, the most important.

Now Russia discusses silver, which I am sure, is after the fact that they have begun stockpiling it. It won’t be too much longer before numerous other countries include silver in their listings of important critical and strategic materials, as well.
