Hope the TN National Guard can call in neighbors to help out.
This is tough country with tough people who tend to be self sufficient, but they’ve got huge problems with life threatening risks. No power, no water, no communications, roads impassable or gone.
My “escape” had been long scheduled for 28 Sept, but for sure I had to alter my route.
