Just a test? Not bloody likely. They murdrered millions and the dying has not stopped as the cancers and fatal illlnesses are out of control and growing by the day. Almost all of humanity is hosting nanotechnology parasites in their bodies and brains and large swathes of the population are obviously under some kind of mind control. This was no test. It was a partly failed and incomplete rollout of the most wicked technology imaginable. But their desired numbers were never hit.
