CBDC’s Are Already In Place
If you have and use a regular bank account, you are already using a CBDC. The author explains in meticulous detail. They aren’t going to issue a govt. CBDC where you have an account with the FED. The whole banking system using the digital US dollar(92% are already digital) is the CBDC.
The only way to escape the system is with physical precious metals. Right now you still have cash and get as much out from your banks as possible. When they end cash (or limit the size of cash transactions to such a small amount) you won’t have any alternative but to use the digital system in place.(gold and silver for black market transactions) They already track everything and will be able to deny and or limit what you can spend it on. Long but brilliant article. Must read. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/fifty-shades-central-bank-tyranny
So, since formally eliminating cash is politically difficult, they have two ways to make that unnecessary. First, they have already started limiting how much cash and how often withdrawals can be made. Second, by increasing inflation, the debasement of the currency makes large purchases using cash, impractical and more difficult. Combining that with hassaling and charging merchants and businesses fees for depositing cash(and closing their accounts for doing so) the war on cash is accelerating. With only 8% of cash in the form of currency and a large portion of that overseas, it has become marginalized already.
Good find CM
It always been obvious to me that “THEY” can see what we transact every time we use a card. There is NO privacy in debt or credit cards . never has been
So now that we can put that Central bank Account System to rest …we can realize that keeping and using cash is the way to go
If a business is taking cash…KEEP it ….Get a safe in your posession secure it with cement in a strategic place and use it to transact with peers ….off grid
Continue to use the cards to pay recurring bills etc
So far the cash withdrawls from banks are no problem
about $2500 per bank per day at an ATM and up to 10,000 from the cashier
They say withdrawls under 10 K are not reported
Gold and Silver for sure are inflation proof forms of saving BUT when you want or need to “cash in”
You will likely need to accept digital money ( a check is still digital because it is tracked )
I did find a place where they give large amouts of cash if you ask and they don’t even ask who you are ( not required by the Gov’t)
Thanks for this information…as has been obvious every transaction with plastic or phone scan can be tracked and therefore eventually regulated . we have been living in that world for decades now.
CASH IS KING takes on a new meaning now
PS…Pre paid cards likely work to some extent to keep your purchases private as well I would think
