While I figured they were both murdered, I wasn’t sure who wanted them dead. After reading this article I would think it was the former CFO who spent 5 years in prison. While the spooks from both the US and Britain could have wanted them out of the way, it is more likely the guy who went to jail wasn’t too happy these guys didn’t.
