Imagine how pathetic one must be to equate being far right – which is meant to imply fascist – with wanting an accurate vote count.
While a very big step in the “right” direction (pun intended) the tough part will be reconcilling those discrepancies. All these illegal immigrants being given registration forms builds up the roles even if they can’t actually vote. Then the Dem cheaters use mail in paper and drop boxes and dead people not taken off the roles to create votes.

So the focus should be on carefully reviewing the most recent registrants, and checking their eligibility to vote (so if not eligible, they can’t use those names to fabricate fake ballots).
They should check those registrants as you suggested but if someone isn’t eligible to vote those registrations need to be removed from the roles and the total number reduced accordingly.
