   What is an inactive voter? (dead? moved? who else?)
   I asked him in a reply to his tweet?

   And what about recent “active” voting registrations, who may or may not be citizens? That’s where the trouble lies.

   The point of these exercises is to reduce the number of real names at real addresses that can be used by a “machine” to manufacture real ballots with fictional votes by those who didn’t actually vote but could have.

   One question: how does the Dem machine know (say after the polls close) who on their list of registered voters, didn’t vote up until that point? Do poll workers somehow communicate a list of “missing” voters to those fabricating the fraudulent ballots? How? That’s the process that needs to be intercepted.
