Sounds insane, but plausible. How about this idea from Robert Barnes. The shooting would have been blamed on Iran, and Biden would go to war with Iran to avenge Trump. It sure covers a lot of bases.
Think about it. It solidifies Biden as president, and puts someone like Haley in as Republican nominee. Biden romps to victory as a war time president. The neo cons get their war with Iran. Israel gets the US to fight its battle. Ukraine is forgotten, and the MIC keeps hauling in the bucks. Best of all for Dr. Jill, Biden inc. romps for four more years.
