All retail is hurting especially in areas that don’t or wont prosecute shoplifters. That is where many stores of all kinds are closing. Long overdue. The US has way too many retail locations, especially with online being available. PS: The “Boots” comes from a British company that merged with Walgreens a few years back.
Exactly. You can literally walk out of a Walgeens in CA without paying and no one will bat an eyelash.
