And NOTE …. I’ve been advocating publicly for 15 years that the AG be outside the Executive Branch. (US today illustrates exactly why). Moreover I want SIX AG’s, elected 3 at a time at large, in overlapping terms, with top nationwide vote counts getting elected … top D, top R, and one more NEVER PREVIOUSLY D or R. Each with free rein to prosecute subject to grand jury (but knee capped if suits are frivolous … “win or resign”)
