Game changer for not only BC but all of Canada as BC AB and SK would be solidly Conservative and are our resource rich Provinces.
BC was the worst for Covid and for Carbon initiatives.
People are fed up.
Mr Rustad left the BC United Party in Feb 2023 and was acclaimed their leader in March “2023” as the only sitting MLA. Oops had the wrong date.
Fixed now.
The BC Conservative Party was not on my radar screen until Dec 2023 when I attended a local Freedom Rally in the BC Interior.
In one year they went from a Provincial party without representation in Parliament to leading the Polls. I could name many misguided NDP policies that are driving voters to the Conservatives.
The Chinese in the Lower Mainland are horrified at the Safe Drugs Program, Gender Bender programs and the increasing homelessness in BC. The rest of us see the destructive Climate Policies that cost the Middle Class.
I bet the East Indians feel the same way.
No one has polled me or any of my Conservative friends.
This morning I had my routine eye exam at a very large clinic. Very efficient. They can process a lot of patients effectively.
I was just taken from the second stage waiting room to an exam room. I could still hear every word in the conversation between a Covidian with a mask and some old guy who had 4 shots, Covid before the shots and several bouts with Covid after the shots. His daughter, a nurse, lost her job at her local hospital for non-compliance. The lady with the mask was difficult to hear as it was muffled but I could sure hear from the old guy.
None of his kids or Grandkids will receive anymore shots of any kind, period!
It was perfect. All the people sitting in the waiting room heard him. The shots were useless and caused harm.
He mentioned Turbo-Cancer, strokes, clots, chronic Covid/respiratory ailments.
Myocarditis came up. The lady had a son who had myocarditis from the shot. She wasn’t concerned though. I missed the end as the Doc came in and the door was shut.
Beautiful to hear.
At this moment the BC Premier (NDP) has an emergency press conference regarding open Drug use in Hospitals and on the streets. The NDP is running scared as the electorate is up in arms.
The people have spoken. Nice to see. The local Police Chiefs are at the Press Conference. I believe they gave him an ultimatum.
EDIT: The Police are fed up but need to address this issue more.
Need to get these people off the street into treatment. I don’t mind paying for that but mental health is getting worse in BC. People are afraid to ride the transit and walk in certain areas and we need to do something now. The NDP f**ked up with the whole drug program. They need to fall on their sword.

The Party has been around for years but never over single digits in support.
BC is the California of Canada.
Good to see them come down a few notches in the eyes of the Press and public.
The Press is asking really good questions for once, good for them.
There are lawsuits against the BC NDP Government which they will lose.
Makes me feel much better about Canada.
Now to go after them regarding Bill C-36 requiring Covid shots for Healthcare workers or lose their licence.

When I lived in Ontario, my view of BC was that it was LaLa Land.
A delusional place of Left Coasters who had the best climate and easy living.
It was confirmed when I moved here. The work ethic seemed to be lacking. Recreation was more important. Could never get trades people to commit to a time.
People didn’t care about anything but themselves so I spent half the year in the States and only skied in BC.
Now, people are waking up and it’s our time.
If BC flips it is a good sign for the Country.

I am ecstatic. Our British Columbia conservative party is rising like a Phoenix from the ashes.
I suffer daily an avalanche of advertisements on my computer from the united liberal party, but hear crickets from our BC conservatives (except requests for still more campaign donations – heh, heh)
And yet, here it is – the BC conservatives leading in the polls! Obviously, behind the scenes, in the cities and in the towns word is getting out. The conservatives have a sound platform, and a brilliant strategy to recover from the malaise that decades of socialist governance has wrought.
At last. Canadians will turn, nay, ARE turning this country around. We will once again hold our heads high, square our shoulders and say that we truly ARE proud to be Canadian. Oh, we will. We will.
