We could use some old fashion “horse trading” in the Senate. If various factions come together to offer amendements, and they each pledge to support one another’s proposal, even though they don’t support every position, they could successfully scuttle the whole POS bill. No aid to Ukraine, No aid to Israel, No support for the stealing of the frozen Russian assets. Senators need to kill the whold damn thing.
