Surely there can’t be ANY harm in documenting security plans (down to the smallest detail) while also confirming to the country that a specific individual will be at the same place / same time for eight weeks straight. There must be a a seasoned professional somewhere that the CIA can manage – perhaps coming across the southern border — hundreds of thousands to choose from.
