The woman asks them to identify themselves, but they refuse to do so while being filmed, before claiming they had already shown the woman their IDs.

Even before I read the second account I was going to comment that instead of investigating and persuing actual criminals, they harrass citizens expressing an opinion. Then I see that second case where she was referring to the murder of her cousin. I doubt the FBI was actually looking to see if she had evidence or testimony regarding that crime, if they were, you would think they would have stated such as to why they were coming to see her.
