How is apologizing for doing harm going to change anything? It is not as though doctors generally made a mistake, or it was just accidental.
For many ( most ) of them it was …Just Following Orders
Remember they took the jabs en mass too.

They never dreamed their “Handlers” could collude like this and neither did many of “us”
For me….no one needs to appologize …they just need to indicate they KNOW they were had by the most corrupt immoral disgusting people in world history and they need to join the “Resistance” so it wont happen again
