After analyzing over 80 counties, I have found
> 8,000 double scanned ballots
> 8,000 ballots that are missing in the recount.

The report attempts to be as unbiased and fair as possible. You won’t see any wild theories, but hopefully just raw usable information. Included is the reasoning and conclusions for identifying test ballots inserted into the recount for various states. As well as some extremely concerning overwriting of ballot votes in at least 3 counties.
Of course, I can make mistakes and want to apologize if I have analyzed some data incorrectly. Please let me know if something seems off and I’ll attempt to correct it.
