The Conservative Party of British Columbia held no seats in the legislature for 50 years.

Then we had one.

And then the liberal party of BC ejected MLA (member of legislative assembly) John Rustad because he refused to side with the liberals (united party) against the wishes of his rural area constituents.

Mr. Rustad was asked to join the conservatives in British Columbia. He accepted. Now there are two sitting members of the BC Conservative Party in the BC legislature.
On March 24, 2023, John Rustad announced his intention to seek the leadership of the Conservative Party and on March 31, he was acclaimed leader.

A provincial election is called for the 3rd week in October. In only a few months word is spreading about conservative ideas. Ideas like an to end mandates, scrap the carbon tax, stop handing out free drugs to addicts, instead enroll them in a treatment program, re-establish care for the mentally handicapped and insane, an end to SOGI (sexualizing children)… the list goes on.
On the CPBC website you will find a complete list.

Can the conservatives rise from only two seats in the legislature to form a government?
Here are the latest poll results. IMO it is stunning.
