SO San Fransciso allows anyone to steal anything from a retail store up to a value of $1,000 (but no one is adding up the totals).
Toronto says it’s OK for criminals to steal your car AFTER they break into your house (they don’t want anything else — sure they don’t).
IF the police cannot protect citizens and small business — then deputize everyone –step aside — and give citizens the means to defend themselves.
