Unless I am missing something, why would Ukraine come out and say this, even IF it were true. They are in the middle of a war and go out of their way to propagandize, even the smallest thing for themselves, and or against Russia.
There can be only one explanation. They know it was murder and did not want a deeper investigation that would lead back to confirming he was a CIA asset and or because he was going to be exchanged for Vadim Krasikov.

There are lots of things happening that does not makes sense.
CIA admitting (through their mouthpiece) about their 12 bunkers and years of deep cooperation on Ukraine soil..
Or Angela Merkel an former french prime minister admitting they were lying about Minsk agreement.
On one hand they are admitting, that Russians were correct attacking. That they didn’t have other options. Why doing this?
On another hand, feels like they are doing this to piss off Russians, trying to provoke them into WW3. This is the only explanation I can see. God help us if true. Seems like west is dead serious about going into war with Russians. And looks like, this is plan for a while now. Explains elites building bunkers.

As for NAVALNY – his usefulness to three letter agencies had ended and he had become a liability that was well on the way to being used to benefit Russia (as part of a prisoner swap). Why Ukraine would issue such ANY statement though (in the middle of a war) is indeed extremely curious!
