One of the most important questions we need to ask is why some of FBI footage of the bombers circuit to the RNC/DNC is cropped, frame dropped, and excludes the payload drop. Taking these additional steps before releasing this video to the public is work that is, quite simply, NOT in the interest of identification.
Because they have cropped out time stamps, and dropped frames we have no idea if some of this footage occurred when they suggest it did. In particular, the heavily drop frames would allow one to splice two separate entrances to the scene as if they were one, or remove portions of video without notice. Because no criminal acts are displayed in any of this footage, we have real no reason to believe that this person planted the bombs. The person is relaxed throughout and even “long waves” at a capitol police car as they pass the Capitol Hill club.
Coupled with this, is the fact that these bombs are phonies. They cannot be set as wired, and their wiring circuit is senseless – All the timer would do is short the battery, as both the positive and negative is already inside the pipe.
So, what if this was an informant situation. Where the FBI provided these non functioning bombs, and incited a person to plant them in a way similar to the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping. And what if, to protect themselves, they sent an unidentifiable officer to walk the route of the bombs, and sit at the park bench. But, they made a few mistakes, which the cropped timeline, and dropped frames fixes. As Seraphin released, they tracked this guy to the license plate of the car he drove from D.C. in. But, the guy could be a dead end if he didn’t actually drop the bombs off and was merely asked to make the circuit – no criminal action.
So to sum up.
1. They give non functioning bombs to someone they are entrapping and inspiring to pull cops away from the capitol.
2. The person drops the bombs.
3. To protect the entrapment operation, they have an officer/asset walk the route.
4. That person makes mistakes, so they drop the frames and crop the timeline.
5. They release non identifiable footage of their asset walking the route as a decoy to the entrapment operation.
6. To end the OP, they use assets to ‘discover’ the bombs at a time that assists further entrapment operations in the Capitol.
