The University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria have become the latest Canadian postsecondary institutions to take part in race-based hiring – by mandating that new professor hires be black.

The only qualification that matters is the colour of your skin as Canada regresses to 1950’s style segregation……… meritocracy no longer applies to these government funded institutions!
It’s all being done to annoy the sensibilities of the so called “right”.
In reality these jokers are pissing off the majority.
The Peter Principle at play here. By those mandating this policy and possibly those they hire. I’m not denigrating people of colour. Meritocracy should be the main requirement and these flunkies know it.
