Gifts That Make You Cry
Politics. Fear. War. Inflation. One World Government. Genocide.
It’s true, there is so much to make our world miserable. But there is also much for which to be thankful.
Here’s a story; let’s call it “Gifts That Make You Cry.”
There is a Russian man who lives, say 200 Km outside Moscow.
He helps people. That’s what he does. (Twelve minutes reprieve from news of the world)

Wow
I’ve passed by endless places in the Russian countryside that look like the home in the story. I’ve photographed many while passing by in the train. Always, I wonder what life is like for them and how they make it through each winter.
In Biysk, where I am now, the temperature is currently -3°F and dropping, forecast to reach -17°F in the morning. The forecast low for tomorrow and Wednesday nights is -25°F.
This afternoon, while wandering around the outskirts of Biysk, I walked by a number of places that could have passed for the house in the video.
-25 F, that’s getting chilly.
I understand there are many such old houses in Russia, especially in the “abandoned” soviet era villages.
A smattering of people, usually the elderly, still cling to life there. Hardy, independent souls they need be.
