On October 18th 2021, ORCL “topped” at around 95-ish. When it started the decline, it fooled a lot of longs by setting a new high of 106 around Dec 6th 2021. But RSI non-confirmation won. The bottom was at 61 on Sep 26th 2022.

Nov 14th 2021 : Nasdaq topped at around 16057. Then proceeded to lose about 35.73% over the next 11 months.

Now, ORCL recently double topped at 126-ish. Is the Nasdaq topping too? Will it show a similar one month or so delay?
