I presume that’s all tongue in cheek/rhetorical.
For god’s sake, that’s merely a daily chart. (IMO, utterly useless except for shorter term trading)
They tell you ALMOST nothing if you have any kind of longer term perspective.
And if gold is insurance, that’s the only view to have.
Why don’t you post a dow chart for 19 Oct 1987, when the dow lost 22% in one day? Then show what happened after that. It was a blip.

I am leaning towards breaking below your inclining that connects the head and right shoulder, while backtesting and staying above your thick dashed longer term declining trendline. We’ll see what happens!
