Be sure to buy and bring back plenty of khmeli suneli.
Its a first rate spice blend (like curry or garam masala), but you can’t get the key ingredient in the US. So you can only find the blend stateside in Russian grocery stores, and there aren’t many.
This would be from Georgia, and the specialty ingredient is blue fenugreek.
It will be helpful if you tell how you like to use khmeli suneli. Do you like to cook? What are your favorite dishes to make using khmeli suneli?
