Wait a sec, he isn’t the 45th speaker!
So lets go to wikipedia.
There have been 118 congresses. Some individuals have served more than one congress. There have been 56 different speakers. He should be the speaker for the 118th Congress.
The 44th Congress Speaker was Michael C Kerr from 6th December 1875 – 4th March 1877.
Scalise didnt make a mistake.

Not saying it’s true but I have a family member who once told me the name on American birth certificates are in all CAPS indicating that they represent a claim on that person’s productive life by ‘The State’ or rather ‘the Fed’. That should read “of the House” not of Congress, AFAIK. There is no Speaker of Congress (House and Senate taken together).
This is certainly the first time that I’ve seen evidence that there may be something to this.
However, the July 4, 2020 Declaration has too many obvious errors (spelling, grammar, etc) in it to stand up as an official document. Had Trump actually “issued” something like that at the time, it would have been “plastered” everywhere for all to see.
