My whole point about Johnson wasn’t that he is a bad guy or a good guy. My whole point was this: don’t rush to judgement, wait and see what he does, NOT what he says.
By now we at the Tent should know better than to pile on a gushy mess from politicians and pundits.
If that means he will allow seperate votes on aid to Ukraine and Israel that is fair. It puts everyone on the record and as Speaker(unlike with Pelosi) he isn’t a dictator. If enough members vote on Ukraine aid, so be it. I don’t agree and it just wastes more money and prolongs the unnecessary war but at least members will be on the record in 2024 election.
