There is ONE and ONLY ONE way, for the reign of terror that the deep state, neocon, uni-party has wreaked on America and the American people, to end. No method of debating, voting or passing of legislation will accomplish it. It has to come about, as a result of the complete shutoff of all funds to the government bureaucracy. The only way such a cutoff of funding can be accomplished, given the legislative system and the lobbying process, is the collapse, ie shutdown of the government. The Speaker chaos is necessary to accomplish this ultimate objective. We will continue to hear various govt. officials from both parties and their MSM toadies, prattle on about the Republicans need to choose anyone as Speaker to “get on with the peoples business.” This is total BS. Congress and the Administration hasn’t done “the peoples business” for decades, if ever. That is the problem and why it must stop NOW! This is the ONE chance to stop the madness of unlimited spending and increased deficits. A Speaker MUST NOT be chosen. The govt. must be shut down, for as long as it takes to force a mandatory across the board cut in govt. spending and an end to the destruction that has been going on forever. No money for Ukraine, Israel or anyone else. Shut down this piss poor excuse of a government and let’s get back to a representative Republic, led by the states and the people. This is probably our last, best chance.
It won’t work. There are more than enough of the “bought and payed for” to elect a Speaker. They’re merely playing “my team, your team” for a bit. Should their access to the people’s money be threatened, they will quickly ack as one team, and elect someone to keep the money flowing. As well, even when government is shut down most of the money continues to flow – by law! Many useless workers stay home, but when an agreement is reached they are made whole. Essentially, they get a payed vacation.
Of course most of the money will flow. That is the point. Despite the wailing and gnashing of teeth it isn’t going to be a disaster except for those who want to keep spending ADDITIONAL amounts. That is what we want to stop. No additional foreign aide to finance wars. Also the budget deal put in place requires an across the board cut of 10% of certain parts of the budget if the govt. shuts down without a budget. It is a start on getting a handle on the ridiculous wasteful spending. It isn’t a panacea, just a beginning to stopping the madness.
