You raise an interesting point but that was just his excuse for why they didn’t show a body of someone who had been dead for years. That mission was total BS for his reelection campaign.
If you haven’t figured it out by now, the baby thing is more likely a hoax than anything else.
There is enough proof of the butchery and attrocities all over the net…provided by the assasins and by the victims first hand

The voting consensus here is that this was possibly a false flag event.
In which case, any claims like 40 dead babies needs to be taken with a grain of salt, until proven.
As in 911, the deep state had no issues with exterminating over 3,000 in the towers, so it follows, why would they care about exterminating 40 babies, to create the narrative.
