I think so.  We have a swing low confirmed today in the HUI.

My belief, based primarily on the way commodities based and then rallied from 2006 to 2008, is that the miners are in for a 2 to 2.5 year rally of epic proportions.  I think the HUI can hit 800-1000 within that timeframe.
