Gee thanks, Dix-head 🙁
We already have a severe shortage of health-care professionals because that c*** Bonnie Henry refuses to re-hire them. Now you have made it worse. Those who remain in the profession are either the brainwashed or those who could not afford to retire early, or those who love the province enough that they can overlook everything else. Either way, they are severely burned out. Frankly I am surprised there isn’t a mass exodus to the neighbouring provinces. What does this say about those who choose to remain?
That said, I wish I liked the provinces of AB or SK (no offence meant for anyone who lives there); at least they are not requiring this shit of their hard-working healthcare providers. But I am not in a position of losing employment, so I don’t have to make that choice.
Greetings from the Left coast, the most communist province in the most communist regime in all the Americas – north or south. Our freedom group here in this little town is working with and promoting the Conservative party of BC – always last in the polls, but now they figure they have a good chance in the next provincial election. The new leader is anti vax, anti mandate, and anti spendthrift.
Not so. The hinterland is conservative, but the ridings (electoral areas) are huge – very few people live there.
The bulk of the population is in the Vancouver area and Victoria. That small space has way more ridings than the whole rest of the province, and those two cities are overwhelmingly left leaning.
Oregon state has a similar problem. Too many city people vote left.
