This clown is a typical intellegence community tool. Either he is spouting propaganda or again wasting taxpayer money (like paying Wagner to revolt and having it blowup in their face). It is probably a combination of both. Might they get an actual Russian or two who is disaffected, possibly. What he is more likely to attract is FSB undercover operatives who will play along like they want to spy on Russia, take the money and provide useless or worse, misinformation that the Russians feed to the CIA.
