   NOTE how the questions are structured to allow the recipient to massage the data to fit the narrative desired. Ie (paraphrase) — when using cash or digital currency is it important to you that X occurs –> thus answering this question can be construed as an endorsement of digital currency when the responder was answering the question from the perspective of cash.

   I just kept writing that Digital currency in Canada was not needed because “cash and credit cards” already provide all the flexibility that a consumer could want.

   I predict the results of this survey will be published ignoring all the negative comments and “determining” that the populace is in love with the idea of a digital currency.

   Still it’s worth answering to say that we just aren’t interested………..

     Exactly. I answered that I do use cash augmented by a Credit Card. No need for the CBDC.
     They structure the questions to obtain their desired responses.
     I kept mentioning the Trucker’s experience and the slippery slope that CBDC provide in the hands of the Government.

   Here’s a great interview highlighting all the drawbacks to using CBDCs including loss of privacy, they can shut off your bank account for any possible “social score” violations, they can take taxes out of your account at any time with no recourse, as well as others I forget at the moment.    I answered similarly Columbia

   I agree K2….bullshit goals stated followed by leading questions

   They are trying to say this thing would be as private as cash

   BUt we will still have cash as long as people want it

   Who gets to decide when people don’t want it ?
