Loading ...Rushingbrook Children’s Choir were singing the National Anthem in Statuary Hall in the US Capitol when they were interrupted by Capitol police.
A representative from the choir was told that “certain Capitol police said it might offend someone/cause issues.”

The only person or group who could be offended by the National Anthem would be people offended by the USA. If so, what are you doing here? You don’t have to sing the anthem or even like it but others right to sing it is their right. If you don’t want to listen walk away or get a set of earplugs. Who do the Capital Police work for, the people of the US most of which aren’t offended. This should be referred to Speaker McCarthy to reprimand the head of the Capitol police.
