Canadian gov’t official finds Trudeau’s COVID orders were justifiable, tosses out all complaints
Canadian Privacy Commissioner Philippe Dufresne said the extreme rules in place were necessary.
Canadian Privacy Commissioner Philippe Dufresne ruled that federal government COVID dictates were justifiable and “necessary,” and has thrown out all complaints made against vaccine and quarantine mandates.
Dufresne noted that his investigation “considered whether all aspects of the policy were necessary and proportional.”
Noted Dufresne about the mandates, his investigation did not assess whether the “vaccination requirements were an unjustified limitation on individuals’ freedom of mobility guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.”
He also dismissed complaints made by federal workers, including members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and military, who were made to reveal their COVID jab status or be fired or placed on leave.
THIS RULING PROBABLY GUARANTEES THAT ALL COVID STYLE RESTRICTIONS CAN BE REPEATED WITHOUT RESTRICTION WHEN THE NEXT “MADE-BY- COMMITTEE” EMERGENCY APPEARS IN 3…2…1…
Mexico looking better and better.
Russia looking better and better
Uganda looking pretty great about now too.
By the way the Commissioner Philippe Dufresne is an appointee position. He is the governments status quo guy. A company man. What else would we expect from him? Appointees are not accountable to the public and they are not elected. This one was picked by the Minister of Justice I think and then vetted by the other party leaders. His master is the government that leads the country which by default is the Turd.
Tough to look on the bright side with all the nonsense going on in all the countries of the West. Jimmy Slip and Fall heads up the US. Glad I’m on the back 9.
