This is one area where machines need to be banned.However, it still depends on a balanced team at the locations where the votes are stored and counted. If places like many of the large cities can have their DEM election officials get away with ordering the GOP’s officials out of the location and or block them from seeing what the counters are doing you are still going to have fraud.
