McGill University’s student newspaper has dropped “McGill” from its name after the editorial board said it’s part of a move to create a safe and welcoming environment for Black, Indigenous, and racialized students and faculty.
SO IT BECOMES ANOTHER COMMUNITY NEWSPAPER – ANY GOV’T OR UNIVERSITY FUNDING SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED – SPACE ON CAMPUS GETS REASSIGNED TO OTHER McGILL GROUPS — WHO CARES?
Nuts! Even worse Ryerson University changed its name to Toronto Metropolitan University! Barf!
