That’s a lot of crimes! If they can arrest President Trump, then they can certainly arrest the members of the Biden crime family.

My point again, we have a partisan doorkeeper at the DOJ.
We need the DOJ to be independent of the Executive Branch AND with multiple attorney general representing both and parties AND independents.
Without that, who else has the jurisdiction and power? I don’t know.
States Prosecutors are Nor barred for Charging him are they ?
Charges can only be filed in the states where the violations were committed, AFAIK.
